What I collect

  • When you apply: your name, email, LinkedIn or website, what you're building, your stage, what you need help with and what you can help with.
  • On our call: the notes I take during the 25-minute call.
  • When you subscribe: your email address. The newsletter runs on Substack.
  • When you register for a session: Luma or Partiful collects your name and email and shares them with me as the host.
  • When you use Ask the Table: the questions you type are sent to an AI provider to generate an answer. Please don't include personal or confidential details.

How I use it

To review your application, set up our call, run the community and its sessions, and send the newsletter if you subscribed. I don't sell your information and I don't use it for advertising.

What's shown publicly

If you join, your name, what you're building, what you can help with, what you need help with and the links you choose appear on the members section of this site. I'll check with you before your profile goes live. You can change or remove it at any time.

Services I use

  • Supabase stores applications and member profiles.
  • Substack sends the newsletter.
  • Luma or Partiful handles session registration and payment.
  • Gumroad handles kit downloads.
  • An AI provider generates Ask the Table answers.
  • Vercel hosts this site and counts visits.

Each of these has its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Applications that don't go ahead are deleted within 3 months. Member profiles stay until you leave. Your newsletter subscription stays until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@jointableforone.com. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. It uses Vercel Analytics to count visits, which doesn't use cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. See also the terms.
